1. Outlicensing

Currently AiCuris is actively looking for a licensing partner for its HCMV pipeline, with the most advanced compound in a Phase IIb clinical trial.

Moreover, two immune modulator programs for antiviral (e.g. HCV) and autoimmune disease are presently available for outlicensing/partnering.

2. Inlicensing

Besides pursuing its in house portfolio, AiCuris is continuously looking to in license attractive programs from other companies at various stages of the anti-infective discovery and development process. Major prerequisites for any project of interest are resistance-breaking properties in an area of high medical need.

3. Cooperations

AiCuris is interested to join forces with other companies in antiinfective research.

As AiCuris does not have chemistry laboratories all medicinal chemistry is done with external partners e.g . Bayer HealthCare, Evotec and 4SC. In these cooperations AiCuris provides its strong pharmacological background in anti-infectives.
