Besides pursuing its inhouse portfolio, AiCuris is continuously looking to inlicense attractive programs from other companies at various stages of the anti-infective discovery and development process. Major prerequisites for any project of interest are resistance-breaking properties in an area of high medical need.

Two immune modulator programs for antiviral and anticancer therapy are presently available for outlicensing/partnering to a partner with complementary expertise in immunological development. To request more detail on these assets please use the contact possibilities as shown on this website.

AiCuris also is interested to join forces with other companies in antiinfective research. Currently work is ongoing on novel drug candidates by joint research cooperations with Bayer HealthCare and 4SC.

While AiCuris provides its strong pharmacological background, medicinal chemistry expertise in the field of antibacterial and antiviral NCEs is contributed by the partner.
